Life is an enormous undertaking, and I believe every person carries a rich and complex story. What I love most about my work is sitting alongside people as they explore that story, past, present, and future, and holding space for all the parts of who they are. In therapy with me, every thought, feeling, memory, and experience is welcome.

As the Buddhist teacher Tara Brach says, “And this, and this, and this... everything belongs”

Together we make room for the fullness of your truth.

When people feel truly seen and accepted, something remarkable happens: they begin to discover inner resources and strengths they never realized they had. Therapy becomes a space where you can become more yourself, speak in your own voice, and make choices that align with the life you want, not just the one you’ve inherited.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with training from NYU and the William Alanson White Institute in psychodynamically informed psychotherapy. My approach helps clients explore how early experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns have shaped their current lives, and together, we work to reroute those old maps toward more meaningful, fulfilling paths.

Outside the therapy room, I’m often hiking in the Catskills, doing hot yoga, writing letters to friends, or hanging out with my two cuddly cats.
